How Not to Suck at Money is an immersive financial education game designed for college kids, as part of Invesco QQQ’s sponsorship with the NCAA. I worked closely with the agency to create an interactive learning experience that breaks down money secrets into easy to understand concepts, based on real world experiences. The 3D world takes place on a college campus, with 11 diverse characters that each have their own money lesson and a short video to explain money saving tips. I worked closely with our digital research and analytic teams to conduct live user testing with college students as the game was being developed, which strongly influenced the illustrative look and feel for the game.
